In Holland they have McCoquettes, it should be institutionalised. One star deducted cos you have to pay for toilets despite being a customer.

Double check your order. Ordered veggie burger for take away and got chicken with bacon. I am vegetarian...

Really busy as it is in the middle of Amsterdam. Not too many seats and therefore we had to wait a bit. The food came quite fast and was at good standard quality. Generally a good quick place to get fast food.

Tried the veggie nuggets for the first time and they were great! Service was quick and they were super friendly. You could order at the electronic menu board or at the counter.

Clean and spacious with additional seating upstairs for when it’s busy makes it a good hideout. The air conditioning works well on hot days and there are machines for placing an order should you be worried about any language difficulties.The disappointing aspect is that you have to pay to use the toilets upstairs, even when you’ve ordered food. I get the need to discourage a constant stream of tourists who aren’t eating, but it’s certainly frustrating especially if you don’t have any cash on you.

The burgers were larger than what your used to.

Tastes just like home! Quick, fast service, and everyone speaks English. You gotta try their fries, it's better than America's.

One of my favourite McDonald's branches. I am there once almost every week for a happy meal for kids :) Burgers are well prepared according to standard. They also have special discount meals available

My food was served by a rude woman who didn't use manners and didn't want to be there. The food was top notch though as usual.

Good standard Macdonalds with the normal regional differences

Standard mcdonalds near the center. Has facilities but you will have to put 50 cent in to use them. This is not however unusual for ansterdam and the toilets are always clean and tidy so worth the 50 cents in my opinion.

Easy access but restaurant does not play music so you end up listening to tourist and their eating loudly.To wash hands before eating you are forced to pay 0.50€ to visit toilet.

Chocolate milkshake tasted like dissapointment. Basically the opposite of what chocolate should taste like. Horrible!

This McDonald's is clean and on it. For how many customers come in, they are well organized in getting people in and out. Also, everything they serve is fresh because of the volume of people coming and going makes it impossible to keep anything ready to go.

Nice place !! At amazing location

Alot of staff standing around chatting while my order preparation takes twice the time it takes at other mcdonalds. And staff is very rude in communication

McDonalds is pretty overpriced in Europe. I would eat it only in the US and Asia.There are many burger shops that are much better and reasonably priced in Amsterdam. Example: Burgerbar. It is right across McD.So please avoid American fast food in Europe. Not worth it at all.

Went in for just a quick hot drink. Clean and quiet place (around 5pm on a Monday). You need to pay half an euro to access the toilet. Seems to be a regular procedure on fast food restaurants and similar. Really enjoyed the quiet of this fast food restaurant.

Not much to expect, or, as you would expect, from a McD. Busy, limited seats. Only 2 ordering kiosks, so a wait to get order too.You have to pay 0.50 euro to use the wc, even if you are a paying customer!

Better than Nieuwezijdsvoorburgwal en Kalverstraat. Better audience and a quiet ambiance. Upstairs is always available. Veggie burgers on the menu.

Same in all city centers, full, dirty. Unmotivated, tired and underpaid workers. Special thanks to all the workers who work in fast-food restaurants, where they serve thousands of meals and are sometimes mistreated by chefs as well as customers. Thanks.

They didn't want to even give a cup of water with all the stuff we ordered! I hated it! We're so used to great service in the US. Have to pay for the toilets too!!!

What is there to say? McDonald's is McDonald's. As far as McDonald's go, this was a pretty normal one, just like the other 6 billion McDonald's. Need a quick midnight snack during a drunken night out? McDonald's. Need a bite to eat after a good concert? McDonald's. Need to pig out on cheap, mediocre food? McDonald's. Are you shameless and don't mind losing a bit of dignity and self-respect? McDonald's. There is nothing in this world that says 'mediocrity' more than a McDonald's. Enjoy.

There was supposed to be a gluten free bun, but they had nothing and knew nothing about diets

Nice! A quick snack in the city centre.

Really slow service, they have a lot of customers in the weekends, guess they just can't keep up with the high demand. You have to pay to use the toilet, and the people enforcing that policy are not nice at all. Something I completely disagree with, I'm a customer and this is a chain than even in South America and Asia let's it's customer use their restrooms for free.

Friendly staff and different options than North America but service was a bit slow. Although places in Europe generally seem more laid back.

Cheap and utterly normal mcdonalds. Went in for a cheap coffee and a small snack. Clean and tidy.

It's McDonald's but the food is good and the restaurant is very clean. I could tell the manager was very good at helping his team run things smoothly. A staff member trying to be clever mocked my husband for something related to a disabling injury in his arm and it left a bad taste.

So slow service. Never again

As usual better menu choices and selections than the UK. Milkshakes and ice-creams taste a whole lot better...

Be careful when you take away. They often ‘forget’ parts of your order. Always check before leaving. Also the food is often prepared very sloppy, old and cold.

The food is not kosher and the place is a little stinky but there are toilets inside which you can use by paying. The staff is very nice and helpful. They give a good service
